Below you will find important information about the merger. Please note that as the integration between DNB First and S&T Bank approaches additional information will be added to this page.

Welcome kits will be mailed to you with additional information about the upcoming integration.

Friday, February 7

9 AM – DNB First consumer bill pay will no longer be available.

4 PM – DNB First consumer online banking and consumer mobile banking will not be available.

All DNB First offices will maintain normal business hours.

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 8, all DNB First offices will be closed.

Monday, February 10

8 AM – The transition to S&T Bank is complete. Begin using S&T Bank products and services.

Important Information

Consumer

Bill pay

The bill pay feature will be temporarily unavailable from 9am on Friday, February 7, 2020 until 9 am on Monday, February 10, 2020. Should you require assistance with bill payment, please contact our Solution Center at 800.325.2265.

Consumer loans and lines of credit

Your consumer loans and lines of credit will transfer to S&T Bank. No action is required.

Consumer Web Connect

Credit card

You may continue to use your current DNB First credit card. Please continue to mail your payment to the address provided to you on your credit card statement. New S&T Bank credit cards will be issued the week of January 27. Information regarding activation will be provided to you.

Mobile Banking

You will be able to log into mobile banking beginning Monday, February 10, 2020. You first need to log in to your online banking account to establish your new password. If you attempt to log into mobile banking before successfully logging into online banking and changing your temporary password, the system will reject the mobile login lock the account because mobile does not recognize temporary passwords. Should you need assistance, please contact our Solution Center at 800.325.2265.

Online Banking

  • Online banking will be temporarily unavailable from 4 pm on Friday, February 7, 2020 until 8 am on Monday, February 10, 2020. Should you require assistance with online banking, please contact our Solution Center at 800.325.2265.
  • Your username will remain the same as what you have used in the past and your password will be the last four (4) digits of your social security number. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
  • Your account history will begin to accumulate as early as February 10, 2020. January and February transaction history from online banking will convert to your new online banking profile. We recommend that you print or download the history that you wish to retain prior to Thursday, February 6, 2020.
  • S&T Bank offers Personal Finance, a tool similar to Budgets, that allows you to add external accounts/credit cards and establish different budgets.

Business

Billpay and payee information

If you pay bills online, your bill payment information will be converted. We will convert all existing payees (name, address and account number) and all recurring and future-dated bill payments.

 

Billpay will be temporarily unavailable from 9 am on Friday, February 7, 2020 until 9 am on Monday, February 10, 2020. Should you require assistance with bill payments, please contact cash management operations at 888.935.2274, select option 1.

 

The processing for Billpay will change from due date to scheduled date, so be aware that funds need to be available in the account when the payment is scheduled.


Business Mobile Deposit

S&T Bank’s Remote Deposit Capture app allows customers to deposit multiple checks in a single transaction from a smartphone or tablet.

Business Online Banking

We will be in contact with you to establish your business online banking service and to provide you with your login credentials. Please call our cash management team at 888.935.2274, option 1, with questions.

Your DNB First Business Online Banking service will be available through 4 pm on February 7. Billpay will deactivate at 9 am on February 7.

Access to S&T Bank’s Business Online Banking will begin at 9 am on February 10.


Business Online Banking Account History

Account history from January 1 through February 7, 2020 will be available within S&T’s business online banking. We recommend that you print or download any further history you wish to retain prior system conversion on February 7, 2020. You will receive one last statement from DNB First after February 10, 2020. Business Web Connect

Credit card

You may continue to use your current DNB First credit card. Please continue to mail your payment to the address provided to you on your credit card statement. New S&T Bank credit cards will be issued the week of January 27. Information regarding activation will be provided to you.

Commercial lines of credit

Your commercial line of credit will transfer to S&T Bank. No action is required.

Commercial loans

Your commercial loan will transfer to S&T Bank. No action is required.

Electronic Data Interchange

EDI information will convert. Reports will no longer be sent via fax and email. Reports can be accessed through business online banking. A cash management representative will be contacting your regarding this service.

Lockbox

A treasury management advisor will be contacting you regarding your lockbox service.

Merchant Processing

 You can continue to process with your current system. No action is required.

Online Statements

Your current history of online statements will no longer be available after Friday, February 7, 2020. If you would like to receive your account statements online, please click on Reports, Statements & documents, view and maintain delivery preferences, and change the delivery preference to online. Online statements are available for checking, savings, account analysis, and loan accounts. To begin receiving account analysis statements online, contact cash management operations at 888.935.2274, select option 1. Online statements will begin to accumulate following your enrollment

Positive Pay

All information will convert. No action is required.   S&T Bank also offers ACH Positive Pay. For more information regarding this service please contact cash management operations at 888.935.2274, option 1.


Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

You will continue to have the ability to scan and transmit checks using your current scanner. A cash management representative will be contacting you regarding any steps necessary to continue this service. As an added benefit, deposits made prior to 8pm will have next-day funds availability.* If you have any questions please contact cash management operations at 888.935.2274, option 2

Sweep Accounts

You can continue to process with your current system. No action is required.

Wire transfers

If you currently initiate wire transfers through online banking, a cash management representative will be contacting you.

Wealth Management

Wealth management accounts will convert to S&T Bank in March 2020. Additional information is forthcoming.
